摘要
自进入后冷战时期,现代国际体系始终处于转型的过程中。进入新千年之后,当前国际体系转型中最为引人注目的变化就是权力的扩散与转移。本文为此较为全面地考察当前国际体系中权力扩散与转移的两层含义,解析国际体系、国际格局与"极"等概念及其相互之间的关系,比较分析西方学者对后冷战时期国际体系与国际格局走向的不同看法与学术争论,并在此基础上剖析当前国际格局"多元无极化"的客观发展特征。
Since the end of Cold War the international system has been under the process of transformation. The power diffusion and transformation in current international system has been the most attractive change especially since the beginning of the new millennium. This article mainly investigates the two trends in the power diffusion and transformation, analyses the relations among international system, international structure, and the ＂poles＂, reviews the different arguments of trends of the international structure after the Cold War by the western scholars, and demonstrates the objective non-polar and pluralism development of international structure in the contemporary world.
