摘要
研究了不同温度及预处理对滇牡丹种子下胚轴休眠解除和不同根长、温度及GA3浓度对上胚轴休眠解除的影响。结果表明:滇牡丹种子用400 mg/L的GA3溶液浸泡24 h后在15℃温度下对下胚轴休眠解除效果较好;根长大于3 cm的生根种子用200 mg/L的GA3溶液浸泡2 h后在20℃温度下最有利于滇牡丹种子上胚轴休眠的解除;低温处理虽可解除上胚轴休眠,但所需时间较长,效果较差。
Effects of different temperature treatment and pretreatments on seed hypocotyl dormancy breaking ofPaeonia delavayi were studied, and meanwhile, effects of different root length, temperature and GA3 concentration treatments on its epicotyl dormancy breaking were investigated. The result showed that the best condition for the seeds hypocotyls dormancy breaking of P. delavayi was as below : Firstly, the seeds were soaked in 400 mg/L GA3 solution for 24 h, and then germinated in 15℃ temperature, the best condition for the seeds epicotyls dormancy breaking was as followed:When its seed roots developed in 3 cm in length, they were soaked in 200 mg/L GA3 solution for 2 h, and then germinated in 20℃ temperature, Low temperature pretreatment could also break the epicotyls dormancy, however,its effect was not perfect regarding its long time needed.
