Researching on seedling technologies of oil Paeonia suffruticosa

摘要 油用牡丹作为一种新兴的木本油料树种,其籽油具有较高的营养价值,导致油用牡丹的经济价值除在药用方面得到体现之外,在食用方面也逐步得到重视。为繁育出优良健壮的油用牡丹苗木,促进油用牡丹产业的快速发展,本文采用正交试验设计,研究油用牡丹育苗的最佳组合。结果表明:当考量的指标不同时,播种时间、种子预处理技术、播种方法及覆盖条件的影响程度不同;方差分析结果显示在16个处理组间,出苗率、苗高在各处理间存在极显著差异(P<0.01),而地径在各组间存在显著差异(P<0.05);油用牡丹育苗的最佳组合条件为A3B3C3D4,即播种前先将种籽浸入200 mg/kg GA3溶液中12 h后,采用条播(1 200 kg/hm2)在10月中旬进行播种,并覆盖稻草。 As a new kind of wood oil trees in China, oils extracted from the seeds of oil Paeonia suffruticosa have a very high nutritional level. Therefore, the economical value of oil P. suffruticosa is reflected in medicinal, besides also reflected in the edible, and this new value has been received more and more attention. In order to cultivate robust seedlings and promote the industry of oil P. suffruticos, this paper use orthogonal experiment to research the best combination in process of seedling.The results was as follows: The degree of influence in the breeding effects were different, along with the index were different,e.g. seeding time, seed pretreatments technologies, seeding methods and coverage conditions. There exist a very significant difference in seedling rate, height also existed a very significant difference in 16 experimental groups(P〈0.01). There existed a significant difference in ground diameter among all experimental groups(P〈0.05). Before seeding, oil P. suffruticos seeds would have been soaked by GA3 with 200 mg/kg concentration for 12 hours, then seeding in middle of October in the condition of 1 200 kg/hm2, finally covering the straw on the seedbeds.
