3例未成年患者行颅内电极埋藏视频脑电图监测的围手术期护理 被引量：1

摘要 对我科3例未成年难治性癫痫行深部电极埋藏视频脑电图监测后行致癫痫病灶切除术患者进行术前心理护理和术后视屏脑电图监测、严密的病情观察和神经功能观察，以及监测过程中癫痫发作时的精心护理，患者均痊愈出院。神经外科癫痫中心要求护士不仅有医学知识，还要有责任心、同情心，最大程度地减轻患者的不良情绪，帮患者建立一个良好的心态。同时还要求护士在操作中要细心、精心，准确记录患者在监测过程中的各种细微变化，以确保无并发症的发生，为手术提供准确的依据。
