摘要
目的:研究优质护理措施对脑肿瘤手术患者生命质量的影响效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年8月山东省青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的脑肿瘤手术患者80例作为研究对象,并采用随机法分组观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组给予优质护理措施;对照组给予常规护理,分析2组生命质量评分、睡眠质量评分以及并发症情况。结果:观察组脑肿瘤手术患者躯体(93. 21±1. 54)分、精神(95. 84±1. 74)分、心理(94. 11±1. 21)分、日常生活(96. 55±1. 24)分,均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),观察组脑肿瘤手术患者睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组脑肿瘤手术患者并发症发生率2. 50%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:优质护理措施对脑肿瘤手术患者生命质量具有明显提高作用,值得研究。
Objective: To study the effect of high-quality nursing measures on the quality of life of patients undergoing brain tumor surgery. Methods: A total of 80 patients with brain tumors treated in Chengyang District People′s Hospital of Qingdao City, Shandong Province, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given high-quality nursing measures;the control group was given routine nursing, and the quality of life score, sleep quality score and complications of the two groups were analyzed. Results: The scores of body (93.21 +1.54), spirit (95.84 +1.74), psychology (94.11 +1.21) and daily life (96.55 +1.24) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant ( P <0.05).The sleep quality scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant ( P <0.05).) The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50% lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: High quality nursing measures can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with brain tumors undergoing surgery, which is worth studying.
