锁定钢板在SandersⅣ型跟骨骨折治疗中的应用

摘要 随着社会交通运输及建筑行业的高速发展，跟骨骨折的发生率在不断提高，约占全身骨折的2％，跗骨骨折的60％，而其中的70—75％是累及到距下关节的跟骨关节内骨折，致残率高达30％。目前临床上已普遍应用切开复位钢板内固定术来治疗复杂的跟骨关节内骨折。
