摘要
目的观察培美曲塞单药一线治疗老年肺腺癌的临床疗效和不良反应，探讨护理方法。方法通过对27例老年肺腺癌病人静脉滴注培美曲塞，评价治疗效果，掌握不良反应，并实施护理措施。结果27例患者完全缓解（CR）0例，部分缓解（PR）9例，稳定（SD）13例，进展（PD）5例，有效率33.3％。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制。结论培美曲塞单药一线治疗老年肺腺癌具有较好的疗效，且不良反应轻，患者耐受性好。经过正确给药，及时发现和处理不良反应，将不良反应将低到最低程度。
Objective To observcthe efficacy and adverse events of pemetrexed monotherapy in the first-treatment of elderly lung adenoeareinoma clinical efficacy and adverse reaction,to explore the nursing method. Methods Through the 27 case of el- derly patients with lung adenocarcinoma intravenous infusion of pemetrexed,Evaluation of therapeutic effect, Master the adverse re- action,and carry out nursing measures.Results In 27 patients,0 cases with completely relieved,There were partial response 9 cases ,stable 13 cases ,progress 5 cases ,The disease control rate was 33.3%.The main toxic reactions was myelosuppression. Conclusion Pemetrexed monotherapy in first-line treatment of elderly lung adenocareinoma with good efficacy,and adverse reac- tions,better tolerated by patients.After the correct dosing,timely detection and treatment of adverse reactions,adverse reaction to reduce to the lowest degree.
