Observation and Nursing of Elderly Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer under the Treatment with Pemetrexed

摘要目的:探讨培美曲塞治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的观察和护理。方法:通过8例患者应用培美曲塞32次观察用药过程中的不良反应,采取护理对策。结果:1例第1次输注过程中出现寒战、发热,1例输注后出现骨髓抑制、消化道出血,经对症处理均顺利完成化疗。结论:培美曲塞应用时要掌握正确的给药方法,严格调整滴速,及时发现不良反应及时处理,将不良反应降至最低。 Objective：To discuss the observation and nursing of the patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer in the course of the therapy with Pemetrexed. Methods ： Observation of ill reactions in the course of medication was made among 8 patients with 32 times administration of pemetrexed and proper Counter - measures of nursing were herefrom taken. Results ： One case presented fever, chill in the first time transfusion; One case manifested bone marrow depression and alimentary tract hemorrhage. Conclusions： The correct transfusion technique should be grasped to administrate pemetrexed, adjusting the transfusion rate according to the doctor $ advice, detecting and dealing with ill - reactions in time and reducing the effect of ill reaction at full steam.
