摘要
大型液压机压制行程完毕或进入保压状态后 ,油缸和机架系统储存了相当大的能量 .若压机突然转入回程 ,势必产生液压冲击 ,造成机器和管路的剧烈振动 .为解决此类问题 ,本文介绍了几种液压机卸压回路 ,同时介绍了卸压时泄油量的计算方法 .
After the large scale hydraulic press accomplished the progress of work or stayed pressure preservation, much energy was accumulated in the cylinder and the frame.If the press suddenly returns back,hydrodynamic shock will be produced,causing violent vibration to the machine and the pipe. In order to resolve the problem, some depressurized circuits are introduced in the paper. The calculating method for oil discharge during decompressing is also offered.
