摘要
针对大型模锻压机卸压冲击的问题,对4000t模锻压机的液压系统和卸压回路及其原理进行分析,建立了卸压系统的数学模型,并应用Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真,对仿真结果与实验结果进行了对比分析,验证了所建模型的准确性。利用仿真模型,分析了弹簧弹性刚度、油液弹性模量和输入电压对卸压效果的影响及其规律。研究结果可以为大型模锻压机的卸压回路优化以及加工工艺的方案设计提供理论参考。
For the problems of pressure relief impact of large die-forging, the hydraulic system, pressure relief loop and its principle of 4000 t die-forging hydraulic press were analyzed. The mathematical model of pressure relief system was established and the modle was simulated with the Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results and experimental results were compared and analyzed, which verifies the accuracy of the model. Using the model, the influence and law of the spring's elastic stiffness , the oil elastic modulus and input voltage to pressure relief effect were analyzed, which pro vides a reference to the pressure relief loop optimization design and the processing technology design of the large-scale die forging machine.
