摘要
目的阐明2007—2012年北京市流行性感冒(流感)流行特征和病原学监测结果。方法使用“北京市医疗机构传染病监测预警系统”中二级以上医院流感样病例数和百分比的周数据以及流感病原学监测周数据,分析流感样病例发病趋势和流感病毒构成情况。结果2007—2012年,北京市二级以上医院共监测流感样病例3,045,527例,其中流感样病例百分比2.11%。期间共检测标本49,868件,检出阳性标本8,289件,其中甲型H1N1亚型573件(6.91%)、甲型H3N2亚型2,578件(31.10%)、甲型H1N1流感2,021件(24.38%)、B型Victoria系945件(11.40%)、B型Yamagada系681件(8.22%)。各年度流感病毒亚型构成不同:2007—2008年度主要为B型Yamaga—da系(60.36%)和甲型H3N2亚型(23.68%),2008—2009年度为甲型H1N1亚型(78.63%),2009—2010年度为甲型H1N1流感(40.28%)和甲型H3N2亚型(20.29%),2010—2011年度为甲型H3N2亚型(64.34%)和甲型H1N1流感(23.44%),2011—2012年度为B型Victoria系(57.28%)、B型Yamagada系(20.80%)和甲型H3N2亚型(18.66%),2012—2013年度为甲型H3N2亚型(77.40%)和甲型H1N1流感(20.36%)。结论近年来,甲型H1N1亚型、甲型H3N2亚型、甲型H1N1流感、B型Victoria系和B型Yamagada系均有流行,且各年度优势毒株不一。
Objective To study the prevalence of influenza viruses from 2007 to 2012, and to esti- mate their proportions to the total positive samples. Methods Weekly numbers of influenza-like illness ca- ses in level 2 or 3 hospitals were obtained from Early warning system for infectious disease in medical institu- tions in Beijing, and weekly data of virologic surveillance was also used. Results From 2007 to 2012, the influenza-like illness (ILI) count and rate were 3,045,527 cases and 2. 1 1 percent, respectively. The pha- ryngeal swab samples were collected from 49,868 ILI case-patients, and 8,289 of these patients were tested posstive for influenza. Of these postive patients, 573 (6. 91% ) were tested positive for A( H1N1 ). 2,578 (31.1%) for A(H3N2), 2,021 (24.38%) for A(H1N1)pdra, 945 (11.4%) for BV, 681 (8.22%) for BY. The dominate influenza virus subtypes varied during the different seasons: BY (60. 36% ) and A (H3N2) (23.68%) in 2007-2008, A( Hi N1 ) (78.63%) in 2008-2009, A ( HI N1 ) pdm (40. 28% ) and A(H3N2) (20. 29% ) in 2009-2010,A(H3N2) (64. 34% ) and A(H1N1)pdm (23.44%)in 2010-2011,BV (57. 28% ), BY (20. 80% ) and A(H3N2) (18.66%) in 2011-2012,A(H3N2) (77.40%) and A ( H1 N1 ) pdm (20. 36% ) in 2012-2013. Conclusions During the recent years, the following subtypes were observed, such as A ( H1 N1 ), A ( H3 N2), BV, BY, A ( H1 N1 ) pdm, and the dominate influenza virus sub- types varied in the different years.
