摘要
本文从环境保护法律的指导原则出发 ,论述了柠檬酸行业可持续发展进程中清洁生产思想应作为本行业发展战略和决策的基础。由于人们认识水平和实用技术水平以及资金匮乏等多种原因 ,清洁生产方针的落实还面临着重重障碍。此文提出柠檬酸生产要达到持续发展的关键是在该行业推行清洁生产。
Based on the environmental laws,the article points out that clean productions during the sustainable development should be the cornerstone for the citric acid industry to make strategies and decisions.Due to several reasons including the lower awareness and practical technologies as well as the short of financial support,the implementation of the clean production faces difficulties.The article holds that the key for the citric acid industry to achieve sustainable development is to effectively practice the clean production.
