摘要
全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标反映了人民的迫切愿望,符合人民的根本利益。本文从人口、资源、环境等角度分析了实现小康社会宏伟目标所面临的问题和挑战,提出了发展循环经济是实现小康社会目标的必由之路。
The grand goal of constructing an affluent society in an all-round way reflects the pressing requiremnet of the people and their basic interests.The paper analyses from the angles of population,resources and environment the problems and challenges faced in the realization of the goal,and points out the only road to the goal is to develop circular economy.
