摘要
为评价硫酸依替米星治疗细菌性下呼吸道感染的有效性和安全性 ,用硫酸依替米星治疗细菌性下呼吸道感染 30例。 30 0 mg,静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,平均疗程 7.5± 2 .3d。临床总有效率 83.3% ,细菌清除率82 .7% ,药敏试验显示分离病原菌对依替米星高度敏感率为 89.6 % ,高于庆大霉素 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,与奈替米星无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,未见不良反应。结果表明依替米星治疗细菌性下呼吸道感染有效安全。
To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of etimicin sulfate in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection, 30 patients (M21, F9) with lower respiratory tract infection were studied. Etimicin 300mg, iv qd for 7.5±2.3 day (5~14d). Results showed that the total efficacy rate (cured plus evident improved) was 83.3% and bacterial eradication rate was 82.7%, the sensitive rate of pathogenic bacteria was 89.6% respectively. It was higher than gentamicin and no significant difference between etimicin and netilmicin. The results indicated that etimicin sulfate is saftety and efficient in treating the lower respiratory tract infection.
