摘要 目的优化生脉注射液的HPLC指纹图谱的前处理及色谱条件。方法经过大孔树脂洗脱后,以Waters Symmetry ShieldTMRP18色谱柱为分析柱,乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长:203nm;流速:1mL.min-1;柱温:30℃。结果经大孔树脂洗脱后,生脉注射液各成分得到了良好分离,标准指纹图谱由23个特征峰组成。结论本方法可同时分离生脉注射液中的各成分,方法简单准确,可作为生脉注射液的指纹图谱。 Objective To optimize the pretreatment method and chromatographic conditions for the HPLC fingerprint of Shengmai Injection. Methods After being eluted by macroporous resin, the Shengmai Injection sample was analyzed on the Waters SymmetryShieldTMRP18 column, using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase, with a flow rate of 1 mL · min1, and a column temperature of 30℃, a detection wavelength of 203 nm. Results After the elution by macroporous resin, each component of Shengmai Injection was well separated, and its standard fingerprint was established with 23 characteristic peaks. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can simultaneously separate each component in Shengmai Injection and well establish the fingerprint spectrum for it.
