摘要
利用CATIA软件建立由防滚圈、立柱、横梁、纵梁、斜撑、副钢管、加固板以及支耳等组件构成的防滚架模型,并用ANSYS对防滚架模型建立了主要由梁单元构成的防滚架有限元模型。分别进行了防滚架顶部承受垂直负载9吨、在汽车行进方向左侧防滚架顶部纵梁承受承45度角负载5吨两种情况的数值模拟计算。结果表明,防滚架顶部斜撑、加强横梁以及防滚架后环斜撑能够提高结构的安全性。
The roll cage consists of antiroll circle, pillar, beams, slant supports, deputy steel tube, reinforcement plate and a ear etc. The 3D model is established by software CATIA and the finite element model is finished by software ANSYS . The numerical simula-tion on the top of the roll cage under vertical load in 9 tons and on the left side of the roll cage under the load in 5 tons in the angle of 45 degree, are completed by using ANSYS. The results show that the top slant steel braces ,the strengthen beam and the back slant supports can improve security of the roll cage structure.
