摘要
针对某液压垂直负载系统快速下降阶段产生的振动故障现象进行了分析。建立了故障系统基于AMESIM的快速计算模型。在对模型仿真结果分析的基础上提出了2套解决振动现象的方案,保证了生产设备的正常有效运行。
Analyse vibration when hydraulic vertical load system goes down apace,establish a model of this system based on AMESim. Put forward two solutions after simulation and analysis result of model, both of them are effective and made production equipment work smoothly.
