摘要
针对交流电动机启动电流过大、频繁启动易损坏甚至被烧毁以及电动机保护方面的问题 ,以先进的80C196KC单片机为主控制 ,其他集成芯片和可控硅为辅助 ,采用汇编语言研制出微机电动机的软启动及保护装置。该装置经现场调试 ,证明其功能强、可靠性高 。
In view of the problems of excessive starting current of A.C. motors, easy damaging due to frequently starting up and protection of motors, an advanced single chip computer 80C196KC is used as a main controller, and other integrated chip and thyristor are used as auxilliary ones, a microcomputer soft starting up and protection device is developed by adopting assembly language. Through the in situ debuging for this device, it is verified that the device is strong in functions, higher in reliability and lower in cost. [
