华法林在维持血液透析长期留置导管通畅中的作用 被引量：14

摘要 对于糖尿病、高血压或其它原因导致血管条件不佳的终末期肾病患者来说，建立动静脉内瘘难度较大，故长期留置的中心静脉导管（Central venous catheters，TCC）成为这些患者的重要血管通路。据美国慢性肾脏病及透析的临床实践指南报道[1、血栓和纤维鞘形成是TCC功能不良的主要的并发症，也是影响导管使用寿命的主要原因，
