造影剂致急性肾损伤的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 造影剂致急性肾损伤(contrast-induced acute kdney injury,CI-AKI)是常见的急性肾功能障碍,占院内获得性急性肾衰竭的第3位诱因;且伴随着不良预后。随着研究的深入,其发病机制和危险因素逐渐被认识;但由于目前仍缺乏切实有效的防治策略以及越来越多的心血管疾病患者合并糖尿病和基础肾功能受损,CI-AKI仍然是重要的临床问题。据此,本文回顾了CI-AKI的流行病学、诊断标准、发病机制、危险因素、预防策略及近期的研究进展,以期能为临床工作提供有价值的信息。
