摘要
膝关节炎病因为痰湿内阻、肝血不足、脾气虚、肾虚血瘀、本虚标实、湿瘀为痹、筋脉失养等。临床将其分为脾肾阳虚证,瘀阻脉络证、寒湿阻络证、肝肾阴虚证、脾气亏虚证、湿热阻痹证等。使用温针灸治疗以局部和足阳明胃经腧穴为主,血海、梁丘、内膝眼、犊鼻、阴陵泉、阳陵泉。根据病变及经络循行采用局部穴位温针灸以温通经络,促使气血运行通畅。艾灸燃烧时产生的热量是一种十分有效的并适应于机体细胞代谢的活动,免疫功能提供所必需的能量,也能给缺乏能量的病态细胞提供活化能,而艾灸施于穴位,其近红外辐射具有较高的穿透能力,可以通过经络系统更好的将能量送至病灶而起作用。
