摘要
义务教育均衡发展是义务教育工作的重中之重,县域义务教育均衡发展是河北省新时期教育改革发展的迫切需要。通过阐述义务教育均衡发展的含义,论析了河北省县域义务教育均衡发展所面临的困境,提出了突破河北省县域义务教育均衡发展困境的对策。
The balanced development of compulsory education is the most important task in the compulsory educational work, and the balanced development of the county compulsory education is an urgent educational reform in the new era of Hebei province. The paper described the meaning of the balanced development of compulsory education, analyzed its difficulties, and proposed the countermeas- ures.
