BOLD加压螺丝钉对足部骨折的临床效果分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的：探讨BOLD加压螺丝钉对足部骨折的临床效果。方法：本院采用BOLD加压螺丝钉治疗足部骨折患者25例,观察患者的治疗效果。结果：25例患者术后均随访6~18个月,患者骨折全部愈合,愈合时间8~15周,平均（10.64±2.34）周,无切口感染情况的发生;根据Maryland足部功能评分：12例患者的临床疗效为优,占48.00%;10例患者的临床疗效为良,占40.00%;2例患者的临床疗效为可,占8.00%;1例患者的临床疗效为差,占4.00%;优良率为88.00%。结论：BOLD加压螺丝钉治疗足部骨折具有良好的临床效果,可以有效的恢复患者的足部功能,值得临床推广。
