摘要
目的:建立一测多评法测定复方黄白胶囊中大黄蒽醌类成分的方法。方法:以复方黄白胶囊为研究对象,以大黄酚作为内参物,计算大黄酸、大黄素和大黄素甲醚与大黄酚的相对校正因子;分别采用一测多评法和外标法测定复方黄白胶囊中上述4种大黄蒽醌类成分的含量。结果:大黄酸、大黄素及大黄素甲醚与大黄酚间的相对校正因子分别为0.946、1.105和1.097,相对校正因子重现性良好。复方黄白胶囊中大黄成分采用校正因子计算的含量值与外标法实测值之间无显著差异。结论:该方法可用于复方黄白胶囊中大黄蒽醌类成分的定量分析。
Objective: To establish a quantitative method for the quantitative analysis of multiple components with a single maker(QAMS) to determine the content of rhubarb anthraquinones in compound huangbai capsules. Methods: Compound huangbai capsules were taken as the research object. Chrysophanol was used as the internal reference and the relative correlation factors (RCFs) of rhein, emodin and physcion to chrysophanol were calculated. The contents of these four anthraquinones were determined by the external standard method and QAMS respectively. Results: The RCFs of rhein ,emodin and physcion to chrysophanol were 0.946, 1. 105 and 1.097 respectively, indicating good reproducibility. No significant differences between the quantitative results of the two methods were observed. Conclusion: The established QAMS method can be applied to the quantitative determination of rhubarb anthraquinones in compound huangbai capsules.
