摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗急性脑出血临床疗效。方法将100例急性脑出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用单纯西医治疗，观察组在西医治疗的基础上给予中医治疗。比较两组的疗效及血肿大小、水肿体积。结果观察组总有效率为80．0％，高于对照组的46．0％（X^2=4．95，P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后血肿大小、水肿体积缩小程度明显优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗急性脑出血的临床效果显著，值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of joint Chinese and Western medicine treatment for acute cere- bral hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each group 50 cases. The control group was treated with western medicine only, and the ob- servation group was treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of Western medicine. The efficacy and size of hemato- ma, edema volume were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 80.0% ,which was higher than that of the control group （46.0%） （ X2 = 4.95, P. 〈 0.05 ） ; After treatment, the size of hematoma, edema volume reduction of the observation group was all significantly better than that of the control group（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The joint Chinese and Western medicine treatment for acute cerebral hemorrhage has remarkable clinical effect, and it is worthy of promotion.
