摘要
目的观察中西医结合卒中单元治疗脑出血意识障碍的临床疗效。方法将90例脑出血意识障碍患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,均予西医卒中单元常规治疗,治疗组加用针灸和中药治疗;比较两组患者在入院时和治疗后第10d的Glasgow昏迷量表(GCS)评分、12个月随访期间神经系统功能(中国卒中量表评分CSS)和死亡率。结果两组患者的GCS评分、CSS评分较入院时均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组;在3个月随访期内两组的死亡率接近,在12个月随访期内治疗组的死亡率明显低于对照组。结论中西医结合卒中单元治疗脑出血疗效优于西医卒中单元治疗者,且远期死亡率低于后者。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of stroke unit integrated tradition Chinese and western medicine stroke unit on unconsciousness in patients with cerebral haemorrhage.Methods： 90 cases of consciousness patients with crebral haemorrhage were randomly divided into the treatment group with the integrated therapy and the control group with the western therapy.The routine stroke unit therapies were given in two groups.The traditional Chinese medicine including the acupuncture and the Chinese herb was used in the treatment group.Some indices were compared in two groups including the Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS） before treatment and the 10th day of the treatment,the Chinese Stroke Scale（CSS） in 12 months follow up period and the mortality after the therapy.Results： The GCS and the CSS in two groups were improved after therapy.The improvements of the treatment group were significantly superior to those of the control group.These mortalities were similar in two groups.However,it in the treatment group was lower obviously than that in the control group in the 12 months follow up period.Conclusion： The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The long term mortality in the treatment group was lower than that of the treatment group.
