摘要
本研究对26只正常眼进行了视网膜电流图(ERG)检查,在两种不同背景光亮度(明适应和暗适应)和两种不同刺激光强度下,记录ERG的振荡电位(OPs)。通过付立叶(Fourier)变换,对ERG进行频谱分析及滤波处理,分离出OPs,分别测定分离后OPs的最高能量、主频率、振幅和潜伏期。结果显示,在两种背景光亮度下,随刺激光强度增加,OPs振幅增高、潜伏期缩短、最高能量升高。相同刺激条件下,暗适应ERG的OPs最高能量大于明适应ERG。OPs主频率随刺激光增强而升高;从暗适应状态进入明适应状态,主频率下降。
The electroretinograph (ERG) responses of 26 normal eyes were recorded with 2 different stimuluslight intensities and background illuminations. The oscillatory potentials (OPs) were isolated from ERGby using spectrum filtering. with increasing stimulus light intensity the amplitudes and the dominatingpower of the OPs increased, the implicit time of each OP reduced in light and dark adaptaton. At thesame stimulus light intensity, the dominating power in dark adaptation was larger than that in lightadaptation. The dominating frequency increased with increasing stimulus light intencity and decreasedfrom dark adaptation into light adaptation.
