摘要
1990-1999年是福建高职教育改革发展的一个重要时期。这一时期,福建高职教育在政策调整、体制障碍、产业调整、人口因素等动因的交融影响下,经历了整顿充实、"三教统筹"、"三改一补"、"三多一改"、"六路大军办高职"和"三不一高"等演进和变革,初步形成了多途径、多形式、多类型的办学格局。
The time from 1990 to 1999 was an important period in the reform and development of higher professional education in Fujian. In this period the higher professional education in Fujian, under the influence of policy adjustment, system obstacle, industrial adjustment, population and other elements, went through readjustment, unity, transformation and other changes and progress so that an initial school-running format of multi-channel, multi-function and multi-type.
