摘要
为落实节约优先战略,延长磷资源开发利用年限,发展可持续、循环经济,重点针对磷矿资源优化配置中空间布局策略展开了研究。通过对磷矿资源分布、矿物特征及利用现状进行研究分析,提出了磷矿资源优化配置空间布局的主要策略,重点讨论了数字化矿山系统在磷矿资源优化配置的应用构想。研究表明:磷矿资源空间布局应在总体开发利用国家战略规划框架下,在矿山、集团、矿集区3种尺度上开展优化配置;数字化矿山系统是磷矿资源优化配置中空间优化布局的重要技术支撑。
In order to implement the strategy of giving priori- ty to saving, prolong the service life of phosphorus resources development and utilization, and develop the sustainable and circular economy, the spatial distribution strategies for opti- mum allocation of phosphate minerals resources were re- searched mainly. Based on research on the distribution, characteristics and current situation of phosphate minerals resources, some main strategies for the spatial distribution of optimum phosphate minerals resources allocation were ad- vanced. The conception of applying digital mine system to the optimum allocation of phosphate minerals resources was discussed emphatically. The results showed that, the spatialdistribution on phosphate minerals resources allocation must be optimized on the three scales of mine scale, group and ore concentration area and in the overall planning framework of national strategies of resources development and utilization, the digital mine system was an important technique support for the optimum spatial distribution of optimized phosphate minerals resources allocation.
