Recent Development of In-situ X Ray Measurements on Polymers Research

摘要 原位X射线检测技术能够在线观测样品的微观结构形态,实时观测加工工艺对高聚物微观结构演化的影响。该技术的发展不仅对深入认识材料成型本质具有重要意义,也为设计合理的加工工艺提供可靠的科学依据。本文简单介绍了近年来原位X射线检测技术的发展情况,以及相关研究领域的新进展,包括在线测量材料在升降温、伸展压缩、静高压、电磁场等外场条件下的微观结构演化等方面,并对该技术进行了总结与展望。 In situ X-Ray measurements can record the structure change of samples at any time, which is helpful to clarify the relationship between structure and property, so they are the most widely used techniques and provide better insights into designing processing parameters and material structure. It introduces the common equipments combined with X-Ray to study the microstructure evolution, enumerating some important achievements and prospecting new applications in that aspect.
