摘要
羊毛生产的成本收益是决定中国羊毛产量、质量及贸易结构的主要因素之一。从羊毛单产、产值及相对价格等角度分析了中国羊毛生产的成本收益变化规律,并实证检验了影响羊毛产出的关键要素。结果表明,中国当前羊毛总产量的增加主要是由羊只数量增加导致,羊毛单产及收益状况在持续恶化。劳动是影响羊毛产出的最关键投入要素。近几年羊毛价格再次走高给中国羊毛产业发展提供了机遇,建议相关部门加大对毛用羊生产的补贴及对生产规模扩大的扶持,通过提高牧民生产羊毛的积极性来改进中国羊毛生产的质量结构,确保中国羊毛生产实现"量、质、价"同时增长。
Cost -benefit situation was the major factor affecting the production, quality and trade structure of China＇s wool. By analyzing per unit weight yield of wool, production value and relative price, this paper studied the variation of cost -benefit of Chinese wool, and empirically tested the key factors affecting wool production. Results showed that the major increase in total wool production resulted mainly in the increase of total sheep quantity, per unit weight yield of wool and benefits continued to deteriorate in China. Labor was the most critical input factor affecting wool output. With wool price increasing in recent years, there was a new opportunity for Chinese wool industry. We suggested relevant government departments should pay more attention to domestic wool industry, such as increasing subsidies for wool production and the expanded support for production scale. By improving producers＇ initiative, we can reform the quality structure of Chinese wool, and ensure the simultaneous increase of ＂quantity, quality and price＂ of wool.
