微生态制剂对青海细毛羊生长性能和产毛性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of micro-ecological agents on growth performance and wool production performance of Qinghai fine-wool sheep

摘要 为了探讨饲料中添加不同水平微生态制剂对青海细毛羊生长性能和产毛性能的影响,为微生态制剂在羊毛生产中的合理应用提供参考依据,试验选择将45只青海细毛羊随机分为3组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加500 mg/kg和1 000 mg/kg的微生态制剂,通过测定各处理组平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比等生长性能指标以及产毛量、毛长度、毛细度等产毛性能指标方面的差异,分析不同添加水平的微生态制剂对青海细毛羊生长性能和产毛性能的影响。结果表明:试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组与对照组相比,平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比、产毛量、毛长度均差异显著(P<0.05)。说明在基础日粮中添加500 mg/kg、1 000 mg/kg微生态制剂均能显著提高青海细毛羊的生长性能,提高产毛量和毛长度(P<0.05),增加经济效益。 To investigate the effects of different levels of micro - ecological agents on growth performance and wool production performance of Qinghai fine - wool sheep, and provide a reference for reasonable application of micro - ecological agents in wool production. 45 Qingbai fine - wool sheep were selected and divided into three groups, including a control group, test group I, and test group II. The control group was fed the basal diet, while the test group I and test group Ⅱ were added 500 and 1 000 mg/kg of micro - ecological agents in the diets, respectively. The effects of different levels of micro - ecological agents on growth performance and wool production performance of Qing - hal fine - wool sheep were analyzed through measuring the differences in average daily gain, average daily feed intake, ratio of feed to weight, and other indexes of growth performance, as well as wool yield, wool length, wool fineness, and other indexes of wool production performance in all treatment groups. There were significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) in average daily weight gain, average daily feed intake, ratio of feed to weight, wool yield, and wool length of test group I and test group Ⅱ compared with the control group. The results indicate that adding 500 and 1000 mg/kg of micro - ecological agents in the diets can significantly promote ( P 〈 0.05 ) the growth performance and wool production performance of Qing- hal fine - wool sheep, and significantly increase wool yield and wool length, thereby increasing economic benefits.
