摘要
民办高等教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,但在发展过程中,民办高等教育与公办高等教育仍处于发展不平衡的状态。例如,在法律保障、政府态度和教育权分配上都存在不平等的待遇。因此,文章通过分析民办高等教育在现实中遭遇不平衡发展的原因,从而提出促进我国民办高等教育平衡发展的思考。
Private higher education, as one of the most important parts of Chinese education, plays an important role in the process of developing mass higher education. However, compared with public higher education, private higher education is in an unbal- anced development state. For example, there is unequal treatment in the legal protection, the government＇ s attitude and distribution ofeducation. Therefore, this article analyses the unbalance development of private higher education in reality, and thus makes the following recommendations：renewing the social idea;emphasising on the role of private higher education;strengthening the legal system;perfec- ting the relevant laws and regulations of higher private education ; improving the government resposbility and supporting the private high- er education.
