项目方案选定对投资决策和投资控制具有深远的影响。本文结合工程项目方案选定面临的问题,阐述了项目方案选定的重要性,结合实践分析了其原理及深远影响并阐明了对项目投资控制的若干看法。
The project program choice have a profound impact on the investment decision-making and investment control. In this paper, combining with the problems in project program choice, the importance, principle and far-reaching impact of project program choice are analyzed with the practice and a number of views on project investment control clarified.
