摘要
综合分析576名石棉矿工的肺通气功能改变与X线诊断分期的关系,发现肺活量(VC)、第一秒时间肺活量(FEV_(1.0))和最大通气量与X线胸片诊断分期有密切联系,提示这三个指标可用于石棉肺的早期诊断。
A comprehensive analysis was made to investigate the relationship between lung ventilatingfunction and X ray film grade among 576 asbestos-exposed miners. It was found that VC, FEV 1.0and MVV were closely correlated with the grades of X-ray film, Suggesting that these three index canbe used in early diagnosis of asbestosis.
