摘要
结合肺功能与X 线胸片检查结果,对576名石棉作业工人进行综合诊断。结果表明,与原单纯依靠X 线诊断相比,灵敏度有较大提高,而原X线诊断的特异性仍未改变。
Combining lung function measurement with X-ray exam.,we tried tomake comprehensive diagnosis among 576 asbestos-exposed workers.The re-sult showed that the comprehensive diagnosis,compared with the diagnosismade only by X-ray film,greatly improved the precision while the specificityof X-ray film still remained unchanged.
