摘要
目的探讨AIS-ISS创伤评分在急诊创伤患者术后护理工作交接中的临床价值。方法选取2010年7月～2012年2月本院收治的48例急诊创伤患者,随机平均分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统方式进行护理工作交接,实验组则先采用AIS-ISS创伤评分评估患者创伤程度,然后予以交接并进行针对性护理,比较两组护士对患者伤情知晓及预后评估情况。结果实验组护士在患者伤情知哓程度及预后评估方面均较对照组优势明显(P<0.05)。结论 AIS-ISS创伤评分可以帮助医护人员了解患者的伤情严重程度及更准确地评估患者预后,从而给予针对性护理以提高患者的术后护理质量。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of AIS-ISS trauma score in the handover of postoperative nursing work in emergency care of trauma patients. Methods Forty-eight cases of emergency trauma patients in our hospital from July 2010 to February 2012 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, the patients of control group were given the traditional way of nursing handover, the patients of experimental group were given the AIS-ISS trauma score assessed the degree of patient trauma handover firstly, and then given the targeted care, the two groups of nurses to patients with injuries be aware of and the differences of prognosis evaluation situation were compared. Results The injury severity knowing and prognosis assessment of inpatients for nurses in experimental group had obvious advantages compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion AIS-ISS trauma score can help medical staff to understand the severity of patients＇ injuries and assess the prognosis more accurately, thus giving specific care in order to improve the quality of post-operative care of patients.
