摘要
本文用电测法在1:1的模拟模型上,施垂直向力于下颌双侧游离端可摘局部义齿,以观察基托及舌杆的应力分布。结果观察到不同牙位施力后其基托(均指颊舌侧)应力不同;不同卡环设计的义齿基托应力不同;不同位置(牙合)支托的义齿,其基托的应力也不相同。且得出舌杆的应力最大处是在杆的中央。为临床设计提供资料。
With vertical force on the bilateral distal extension of mandibular of removable partial denture ofa 1:1 simulated model distribution of stress in base and sublingual bar is observed by electrical mea-suring method in this paper. observed Results is distinct in the following case: Teeth in differentpositions are loaded buccal or lingual. different designs of clasps, rests in different position. Thestress is concentrated on its centerof the bar. These results are meaningful for clinical design.
