摘要
采用焊接热模拟技术模拟了室温与200℃预热条件下,峰值温度为1350℃时对应近焊缝区的组织和性能,通过对比分析焊前预热与不预热条件下所得近焊缝区的组织和性能。结果表明:200℃预热对近焊缝区的强度和塑性略有损失,但韧性基本保持不变,并且所得近焊缝区的力学性能基本和X100管线钢母材的性能保持一致。
Welding thermal simulation was carried out on X100 line pipe steel under the peak temperature of 1350 ℃ and with 200 ℃ preheating. Microstrueture and mechanical properties of the simulated welded line were compared under the preheating condition and un- preheating condition. The result shows that the strength and plasticity of the simulated welding line are lost slightly under the 200℃ preheating, but the toughness remains unchanged, they keep the same lever with the X100 line pipe steel substrate.
