合金元素对X100级管线钢焊缝组织和性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用不同合金成分的焊丝进行了X100级管线钢的焊接试验,对焊缝的力学性能及显微组织进行了分析,发现在进行X100级管线钢焊接时焊丝合金成分对焊缝力学性能和显微组织影响较大,采用含Mn、Cr、N i、Mo等合金元素较丰富的焊丝进行焊接时可以改变焊缝中的显微组织形貌,得到综合性能良好的焊接接头。 Adopting welding wires with different alloy composition to conduct welding test of X100 grade pipeline steel,weld mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed,and found out that while conducting X100 grade pipeline steel welding,mechanical properties and microstructure of weld were with greater variation resulted from the alloy composition.Adopting welding material containing abundant Mn,Cr,Ni,Mo and other alloy elements to conduct welding,it can change the profile of microstructure and obtain welding joint with good comprehensive performance.
