摘要
研究了TC6合金不同热处理条件下的富氧α层,讨论了生成动力学和热力学。研究结果表明,TC6合金只有在700℃以上才会生成富氧α层,并且温度越高,富氧α层越厚;TC6合金富氧α层的生成动力学曲线呈抛物线形,受氧扩散过程的控制,可以用y=at1/2进行描述;TC6合金富氧α层生成属于热激活行为,其激活能为140 kJ/mol。
The oxygen-rich ct layer in TC6 alloy at various heat treatment conditions was studied, and the forming thermodynamics and kinetics of the nxygen-rich ct layer were discussed. The results show that oxygen-rich ct layer forms at the temperature tligher than 700℃. Higher the temperature is, thicker the oxygen-rich oL layer is. The kinetics curves of the oxygen-rich a layer shows parabolic shape, which call be described as y = at^1/2 and the growth of oxygen-rich a layer is controlled by oxygen diffusion. The forming of oxygen-rich c~ laver belongs to thermal activation behavior with the thermal activation energy of 140 kJ/mol.
