摘要
学界对《文心雕龙》的研究多立足于文学理论与批评角度,但从编辑学角度看,《文心雕龙》通篇闪烁着朴素、丰富、独到的编辑思想,某些方面甚至开中国古代编辑学思想领域之先河,对当今编辑学,特别是高校学报编辑的具体工作仍有巨大理论及实践指导意义。以高校学报编辑视角切入,从"学养"、"德养"、"识养"3方面探究《文心雕龙》在编辑品格修养方面对学报编辑群体的借鉴与指导作用。
Most scholars study Wen Xin Diao Long（Carving a Dragon at the Core of Literature） from the aspects of literary method and criticism. Nevertheless,judging from the study of editology, simple, rich and original editorial ideas glitter all through the book, some of which set precedents for editorial ideas in ancient China,especially keep great significance for the concrete editorial work of university journals, in both method and practice. From the perspective of journal editorial work in university, the paper explores the significance of Wen Xin Diao Long for the character and accomplishment of journal editors in three as- pects, namely ,the three accomplishments of culture ,morality and cognition.
