摘要
为了更好地为医院的医疗和科研服务,医院图书馆作为医院的一个服务部门,应建立科学、合理的绩效评价体系,以提高医院图书馆服务水平。结合医院图书馆的现状和特点,运用平衡计分卡的相关理论,从财务、内部工作流程、学习与成长、读者服务四个方面设计了医院图书馆绩效评价指标。
In order to provide better medical services and scientific research services for hospital, As a service department of hospital, hospital library should establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system which isconducive to raising the level of hospital library services. Combining with the status and characteristics of hospital library, this paper designs performance evaluation index of hospital library from four angles of financial,internal workflow, learning and growth, reader service with using the theories of balanced scorecard.
