摘要 研究发现他汀类药物可以抑制肿瘤细胞生长并可能预防癌症发生。Lutski等采用以色利一家大型健康保险组织（healthmaintenanceorganization，HMO）的计算机数据集进行的回顾性研究发现，持续使用他汀类药物与总体癌症风险下降尤其造血系统恶性肿瘤风险下降相关。这篇新近发表于美国疾病预防控制中心（CDC）慢性病预防杂志（PreventingChronicDisease）的文献探讨了成人持续使用他汀类药物与原发性癌症风险的关系。
