摘要
目的探讨去骨瓣减压术后骨窗疝及其并发症的成因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析行去骨瓣减压术后发生切口疝患者32例临床资料。结果去骨瓣减压术后发生骨窗疝的患者中,中等大小骨瓣者、单侧去骨瓣者、术中敞开硬脑膜者和GCS评分≤8分者居多。结论合理选择骨瓣大小和尽量减张缝合修补硬脑膜可以有效减少去骨瓣减压术后骨窗疝的发生。
Objective To explore the causes and prevention of postoperative external cerebral herniation after decompressive craniectomy.Methods Data of 32 patients with postoperative external cerebral herniation after decompressive craniectomy for bony defect were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence of postoperative external cerebral herniation was higher in the cases received unilateral craniectomy,dural open,medium-size flap,or with GCS score≤8 points.Conclusion The complication of postoperative external cerebral herniation can be reduced by appropriately selecting the size of bone flap and using dural tension relaxing suture in the patients undergoing decompressive craniectomy for bony defect after cerebral trauma.
