摘要
我院自1978年4月至1994年7月共行肾移植手术638例次,39例(6.0%)出现不同程度尿漏,我们对尿漏的成因及防治进行分析:与手术直接相关者21例,占53%(3.3%);感染所致者13例,占33%(2.0%);其它原因所致者5例,占13%(0.7%)。手术是引起尿漏的主要原因,随着手术方法的改进和提高,以及预防性应用抗感染治疗。尿漏的发生率明显下降(P<0.01),尿漏的治疗主要根据尿漏程度及原因,采用具体治疗方法。
The urinary leakage is a common surgical complication in renal transplantation. Thirty-nine cases (6.0%) of urinary leakage out of 638 kidney transplant recipients had been treated in our hospital from April,1978 to July,1994.The causes were surgical-related reason in 21 cases (3.3%),infection in 13(2.0%)and others in 5 (0.7%).The improvement of surgical techniques led to significant reduction of the leakage rate (P<0.01).The management of urinary leakage were according to the degree and the causes,The non-operative treatment could be chosen if the leakaged urine volume was within 800ml/24h,otherwise an operation was necessary.
