摘要
研究不同含量的Y2O3对镍基碳化铬熔覆层宏观表面质量、显微组织、横截面微观硬度及熔覆层耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,稀土的加入可以细化晶粒,消除裂纹,涂层质量得到提高。硬度分布测量结果表明,加入0.2%Y2O3后熔覆层的平均硬度约为1076 HV,比未加稀土的提高约100 HV。熔覆层的耐腐蚀性也得到提高。
Effect of Y2O3 on surface-quality, microstructure, hardness and corrosion resistance of Ni/ Cr3 C2 cladding layer was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the coatings with RE is refined,and the good cladding layer without crack and pores is obtained by the addition of Y2O3. The average hardness of the coating with 0. 2% Y2O3 is about 1076 HV,which is 100 HV higher than that of without Y2O3. The corrosion resistance of the layer is also improved.
