摘要
本文介绍的MEVVA源采用电动推进式可更换单阴极弧放电机构和加减速三栅引出系统,耐压水平大于50kV,平均束流大于5mA,束班约150,束的不均匀度小于±120%。束的分布测量表明,在中心区有约40的平顶区。我们已获得了A1、Ti、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu、Y、Zr、Mo、Ta、W、C、LaB6等的离子束流及其最佳的运行条件。
The MEVVA ion source presented in the paper adopts the arc discharge mechanism featuring a changeable cathode controlled by a motor, and a set of accel-decal three grid extraction system. The dielectric strength is higher than 50kV, the average beam current is higher than 5mA. The beam spot is about 150mm in diameter and the nonuniformity of beams is within ± 20%. Measurements of the beam profile show that there is a plateau of about 40mm in diameter in the central region. We have already obtained the ion beams of A1.Ti.Cr.Fe.Ni.Cu.Y.Zr.Mo.Ta.W.C.LaB6, and so on, and the optimum operating conditions.
