摘要
基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一类锌离子依赖内肽酶,在恶性肿瘤的侵袭和转移中发挥重要作用,并参与着细胞外基质和基底膜的降解;CD147(EMMPRIN-细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子)参与恶性肿瘤的侵润转移过程。近期有研究证实CD147在乳腺癌的浸润转移中发挥重要作用。本文旨在对于基质金属蛋白酶家族中的MMP-2及其诱导因子CD147在乳腺癌及肿瘤周围组织中的作用的最新研究作一综述。
The matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) are a kind of Zinc ion dependence endopeptidases which participate in degradation of all components of extracellular matrix and basement membrane.MMPs.They play an important role on Invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors.CD147 is also known as inducer of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase(EMMPRIN),and it participates in In vasion and metastasis of malignant tumors.Some researces certify that CD147 plays important role on Invasion and metastasis of Breast Cancer.We can investigate the effects of them in metastasis of tumors through the observation of MMP-2 of the family of matrix metalloproteinases and inducer CD147.Then it may provide a new way to combined therapy of Breast Cancer.
