摘要
随着分子生物技术的发展,DNA重组技术、转基因技术和分子标记技术等分子育种技术成为畜禽育种领域的研究热点。简要介绍了分子标记育种技术及其在改善蛋鸭青壳性状和生产性状等方面的研究进展,旨在为蛋鸭的分子育种研究提供技术资料。
With the development of molecular biological technology,DNA recombination technology,transgenic technology and molecule marking technology has been a hot area of research in the field of livestock breeding.The molecular markers and its effect on improving laying duck green shell traits and production traits research progress were introduced,aiming to provide technical information for molecular breeding research on laying duck.
